Rules & Reglulations

Welcome to Thalay Cha-am by THA. Please read with the following rules and regulations which are obligatory for all our guests. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

GENERAL RULES

THALAY is a self-service co-living space.
An unduly intoxicated guest will be expelled from the THALAY.
Any type of illegal/illicit drugs will not be permitted
Shoes must be taken off before entering indoors.
Visitors must pay for admission fee if he/she wishes to enter the THALAY. Visitors are not allowed in bedrooms area, and must leave before 7 pm.
Loss of room key will be charged 200 baht.
Alcohol drinks are allowed only in the common area.
If the guest wishes to invite outside guests to join a party, guest must inform a staff and outside guests will be charged for 100 baht and must leave before 10 pm.
If the guest wishes to celebrate any occasion, He/she must inform a staff for permission before booking or at least 1 day in advance. Any celebration should end before 10 pm in order not to disturb other guests.
All noisy activities should end before 10 pm.
Any guest who is found to be indulging in undesirable activities such as, sexual relations, physical assault, damage to properly, etc. will be fined 2,000 baht and will be expelled from the THALAY.
No smoking in bed rooms and prohibited areas. The guest can ONLY smoke in the smoking area. A violator will be fined 2000 baht.
Please keep all areas clean.

DORM ROOM RULES

No food or drink allowed in dorm rooms.
Do not change the room or add more person in dorm room without prior notice the reception.
Do not remove linens or pillows form other beds
Do not place any items on a bed that is not your assigned bed
The guest must take care of his/her belongings. THALAY will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s
belongings.
Do not leave your valuable things in your dorm room.
Lights will be switched off after 9 pm.
Please refrain from making loud noise especially after 9 pm and please respect other guests.
Do not knock the doors – especially at night
Do not trouble any roommates if you have any problem directly contact hostel management

Leave the keycard at the reception when leaving.
The guest must check in between 2 pm to 10 pm. Please inform a staff in advance if late check in is required.
The guest must check out before noon. Otherwise, late check out fees will be applied.
A towel can be requested at the front desk. A first towel is complementary but an additional towel will be charged 20 baht
and a hair towel is 10 baht.
Air conditioner in dorm rooms will be switched off from 10 am to 6 pm.
The guest is responsible for any damage to the property in the room during occupancy of that room.
